I know I've not updated in bloody ages, and like I said I'm really sorry (admittedly I'm mostly sorry because that means I have an absolute shittonne to talk about in this, unless of course I just gloss over any massive details...) but I've had quite a lot on pretty solidly for the past week or so.
Bam bam baaamm, yep, you guessed it, university exams. They were quite the trial I assure you. I had one on the 17th, one on the 19th and then my final one, today, only finished 2 hours back. We're meant to be partying hard tonight, but somehow I doubt that that is going to happen, as I'm currently sat blogging with a cup of tea, watching my hunched up housemate play Skyrim (please note, he's hunched because the telly is little, he's not a hunchback or anything drastic like that). What party animals we are, eh?
But the semi-disappointment about partying aside, bearing in mind I'm not actually upset by the lack of celebrations, I am in such a stunning mood it is untrue. Just it seems to me like everything is going swimmingly at the moment, and I'm so unbelievably happy with the life I've got and the people in it that I could just gush endlessly (verbally, not like, in a weird ~~gushy~~ way). Ah, contentment, u r so contenty. In addition to the exams finally being over, I got a bunch of coursework back that I did towards the end of last term, and whilst the results were variable, from 55% to 81% but with a 63% average I think I'm doing a-ok to be perfectly honest! I guess I just need to pull my socks up when it comes to the end of year exams and also my other essays this term. I am feeling so incredibly awesome about everything, that I am going to go on WebCT right this second before typing that bit about right this second and look at my new modules! How exciting!
Oh goodness, that reminds me. At the end of my previous exams we just handed in our answer books and left, so in this one, I had 10 minutes left at the end so I drew a tortoise saying "Well that was an exciting exam" and a little bumble-bee saying "Buzz off!" and then my heart SANK when the invigilator said to put our question sheets into our answer booklets before handing them in. What a nightmare! Ah well, I hope they like the picture, it was pretty awesome after all.
Now I'm just sat, still watching Skyrim. My feet are absolutely frozen if I'm honest with you, I need a piss and I want some food I think. That's all I can think of for now, I promise I'll attend to the blog more in future.
